What do I need to go to a Zumba® Fitness class?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, a supporting pair of sneakers (cross trainers are best), a towel, plenty of water, and your smile!

I haven’t exercised in a long time, will I be able to participate in a Zumba® Fitness class?

Absolutely! Zumba® Fitness is a combination of simple moves that anyone can follow. The instructor will usually demonstrate modifications to the steps so that anyone can enjoy Zumba® Fitness classes!!! I have no rhythm, can I still attend a Zumba® Fitness class?

Zumba® Fitness Instructors will teach you the steps to their routines. However, you don’t have to be able to dance to participate in Zumba® Fitness classes. As long as you are moving and having fun, you are doing well!

What do I need to know about facilities where classes are conducted?

Z Club NY conducts its classes at third party facilities. Access to Z Club NY customers is limited to studio space during class sessions. Z Club NY customers may use service facilities such as showers, dressing rooms, and towel service. Z Club NY customers ARE NOT AUTHORIZED to use third party equipment, machines, or other unless expressly authorized by said third party through a membership agreement or product purchase with / from third party.

What is Z Club NY’s cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is to request for our customers to cancel a class that they are signed up for but can’t attend up to 2 hours before the class starts. Failure to do so will result in the session being deducted from your account. Customers who hold unlimited packages will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Please bear in mind that when you sign up for a class your spot is reserved in that class and you might might be taking away somebody’s opportunity to participate if classes are full and you don’t attend.

Can I extend the expiration date of my package?

If you have remaining classes on your package and the expiration date is approaching, you can request a one month extension date on your classes for a $10 fee. To do so, please contact us at +1-347-709-2582 or support@zclubny.com.

How does the class waitlist work?

The waitlist feature allows you to stand by for the chance of an opening in a fully-registered class. Once a class fills up, this feature allows you to place your name on the waitlist. If a spot opens up and you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation Auto Email (up to 2 hours before the class start time). Please make sure your email address is up to date on your profile in the system.

How do I access the MindBodyOnline reservation system for classes?

On the Z Club NY website, click LOGIN on the menu bar to access the system

  1. You can buy classes online or sign up for a class if you already have a package
  2. You can signup for classes quickly by directly clicking Sign Up on the class schedule
  3. If it is your first time logging into the system but have taken a class with us before, the system will automatically identify you by your first and last name. You will be prompted to enter your email address and will be emailed a link to reset your password.
