New Z-XTrim Class

Ready for a new challenge? Try our new Z-XTrim class, the first one is scheduled on Monday, 11:00 am @ Studio 68, with more classes coming soon! It was designed by our very own Edmee Cherdieu d’Alexis to tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles; with a focus on helping you achieve a longer, leaner figure.

Z-XTrim is a total body workout combining two main elements of fitness: endurance and strength. This class is the perfect balance! 30 minutes of high energy and heart pumping Zumba® Fitness dance moves that will warm up and loosen your body, and 25 minutes of conditioning exercises using your own body’s weight.
